IT support for companies without an IT department
Real IT support starting at $29 per user.
Most providers won't quote you under $150 a user, and won't take you at all under ten seats. We built an AI-first tier for everyone they turn away — and full managed IT for when you outgrow it.
No bundled licenses. No per-ticket surprises. Month-to-month after year one.
What you'd pay elsewhere

The short version
Why is IT support so expensive for small companies?
Direct answer
Traditional managed IT costs $100–$300 per user per month because the provider staffs a human helpdesk to answer every request, and spreads that fixed cost across a small number of seats. Providers set 10–25 seat minimums for the same reason. PCR resolves the majority of routine requests with AI automation instead of a person — password resets, account setup and removal, software installs, licence changes, device policy — which lets us serve companies from 5 seats at $29 per user. Work that genuinely needs a human is quoted separately rather than priced into everyone's monthly bill.
That is the entire model. We are not cheaper because we cut corners on security or because we're a smaller company. We're cheaper on the tier where automation does most of the work, and we charge normal market rates on the tiers where humans do most of the work. Both are on this site with prices attached.
Three tiers, one honest structure
Start where you are. Move up when it hurts.
Every tier below is support only. Microsoft 365, backup, and security licences are add-ons you choose — we never bundle them to make a headline price look bigger.

Volume pricing
25–49 users take 10% off any tier. 50+ users take 15%. Applied automatically at renewal — you don't have to ask.
Early, and honest about it
We're new. That's a real risk to you, so it should come with a real advantage. The first ten clients get their per-user rate locked for three years, onboarding at half price, a direct line to the founder rather than a queue, and a 60-day exit — leave in the first two months for any reason and we refund the onboarding fee in full.
The part nobody else itemises
Licences are add-ons. Always.
Plenty of providers quote you "$150 a user, Microsoft included." It sounds simpler until you leave and discover you don't own your own tenant, or that you've been paying a 40% markup on licences you could buy at list.
We keep them separate. You see exactly what the support costs and exactly what the software costs, and you can buy the software from us or from anyone else.
| Common add-on | Per user/mo |
|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 Business Standard | $15 |
| Microsoft 365 Business Premium | $24 |
| Cloud backup — M365 & endpoints | $4 |
| Managed EDR / 24-7 threat response | $6 |
| DNS & web content filtering | $3 |
| Security awareness training | $3 |
| Server / infrastructure management | $89/server |
What the AI actually does
Automation handles the volume. People handle the judgement.
We're specific about this because vague AI claims are how you end up disappointed.
Identity & access
Password resets, MFA re-registration, account lockouts, group and shared-mailbox access, licence assignment and reclamation. Executed against your Microsoft 365 tenant in seconds, with a full audit trail.
Joiners & leavers
New starter provisioned — account, licence, groups, mailbox, drive access, device enrolment. Leavers disabled, sessions revoked, mailbox converted, data reassigned. Same day, every time.
Devices & software
Patch deployment, software installs from an approved catalogue, device policy and encryption enforcement, health monitoring with automated remediation before anyone notices.
Hardware & on-site
Dead laptops, failed drives, printers, cabling, a server in a closet. We dispatch a vetted local technician and bill the hours. Included under fair-use on Managed Plus.
Line-of-business apps
Your practice management, accounting, or industry software with no API and no documentation. Covered from the Managed tier up, where a person learns your stack properly.
Judgement calls
Security incidents, vendor disputes, buying decisions, compliance questions, anything where being confidently wrong is expensive. A named engineer, not a chatbot.
Getting started
Onboarding takes about a week
It's a fixed fee because it's real work — discovery, hardening, deployment, documentation. Charging it separately is what keeps the monthly price honest.
-
Discovery — day 1
We audit your Microsoft 365 tenant, devices, licences, and security posture automatically. You get a written findings report with everything we found, including problems, whether or not you hire us.
-
Hardening & deployment — days 2–4
We fix the security baseline, enforce MFA and conditional access, deploy management agents, configure backup, and reclaim licences you're paying for and not using. That last one often covers a chunk of our fee.
-
Documentation — day 5
Your environment is documented properly: assets, accounts, vendors, network, recovery steps. It's yours to keep and export at any time, including if you leave.
-
Go live
Your team gets the support channel, a short how-to, and a named contact. We watch the first two weeks closely and tune the automation to how your business actually works.
Straight answers
Common questions
Is $29 per user really the whole cost?
It's the whole cost of the AI Support tier for the scope described on this site — plus a one-time $1,495 onboarding fee. Software licences are separate and optional. On-site visits and line-of-business app support are billed hourly if you need them. A 12-person company on AI Support with Microsoft 365 Business Premium and backup would pay $1,495 once, then $684 a month.
What happens when the AI can't solve something?
It escalates to a person automatically — you don't have to ask or re-explain. On AI Support that's a 4-hour response during business hours. On Managed it's one hour with an after-hours emergency line. The AI never loops you or pretends it has fixed something it hasn't; if it isn't confident, it hands off.
Do you replace an IT person or an MSP?
AI Support replaces having nobody, or having a break-fix shop you call twice a year. Managed replaces a traditional MSP contract at roughly a third less. Managed Plus replaces a small internal IT team. If you already have a good MSP and you're happy, we'd tell you to stay.
Is our data safe with an AI handling requests?
The automation runs against your Microsoft 365 tenant through Microsoft's own Graph API using scoped, least-privilege permissions you grant and can revoke. Every action is logged with a full audit trail you can review. Destructive actions — deleting accounts, changing security policy, removing data — always require human approval. Your data is not used to train any model.
What if we grow past the AI tier?
Move up any month, no penalty and no re-onboarding fee. Most companies move from AI Support to Managed somewhere around 25–40 staff, or sooner if they take on compliance obligations. Moving down is allowed too, at renewal.
