We generate the demand. You deliver the hands.
PCR resolves most IT requests with automation and remote support. When a job needs a human on site, we dispatch a vetted local partner — and pay them properly, on time, with no lead fees.
How the on-site partner network works
PCR handles client acquisition, triage, remote diagnosis, scheduling, documentation, invoicing and collection. You do the on-site work and get paid a fixed hourly rate. Every dispatch arrives pre-diagnosed — you're told what's wrong, what to bring, and what "done" looks like, so you're not burning unpaid time working out why you were called. No bidding, no lead fees, no exclusivity, no pressure to upsell. If you also run your own client base, keep it.
The economics
Why this is different from a lead-gen platform
Most platforms sell you a lead and disappear. You pay whether or not it converts, you compete against four other shops for the same job, and you chase the client for payment. This is the opposite arrangement.
| Lead-gen platforms | PCR partner network | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | $25–$150 per lead, converted or not | Nothing |
| Competition per job | Shared with 3–5 shops | Dispatched to one partner |
| Job definition | "My computer is broken" | Pre-diagnosed with a scope |
| Quoting | You quote, you chase, you hope | Rate agreed before dispatch |
| Who collects payment | You do | We do — you're paid in 15 days |
| Bad-debt risk | Yours | Ours |
| Exclusivity | Often demanded | None |
| Client relationship | Ambiguous, often contested | PCR holds it — stated plainly up front |
The honest trade-off
The client relationship stays with PCR. You are a subcontractor on these jobs, not the account owner, and there's a non-solicitation term covering clients we introduce you to. If what you want is to own the client, this isn't the right arrangement and we'd rather you know that on this page than after signing. What you're getting instead is qualified, scoped, pre-diagnosed work with no acquisition cost and no collection risk.
Dispatch flow
What a job actually looks like
We exhaust remote first
Automation and remote support handle what they can. By the time you're called, it's genuinely physical — a failed drive, a dead switch, a cabling problem, an office move. You're not being sent to reset a password.
You get a scoped dispatch
Client, site, contact, access instructions, the diagnosis, parts required, estimated hours, and the agreed rate. Accept or decline within four business hours. Declining costs you nothing and doesn't affect future dispatches.
You do the work
You're the professional on site. Report back through a simple form — what you found, what you did, parts used, hours. Photos where relevant. That's the whole admin burden.
We invoice, you get paid
We bill the client and pay you within 15 days, whether or not they've paid us. If a job overruns because the diagnosis was wrong, we pay the extra hours — that's our error, not yours.
Requirements
What we need from partners
These are non-negotiable, because our clients hand technicians privileged access to their systems and we carry that responsibility.
Insurance
Commercial general liability of at least $1M, plus errors & omissions cover. Certificate required before your first dispatch.
Background checks
Criminal record check for every technician who will enter a client site. Renewed every two years.
Experience
Minimum two years commercial IT. Windows, macOS, networking, and basic Microsoft 365 competence. Certifications help but aren't required — demonstrated capability matters more.
Responsiveness
Acknowledge dispatches within four business hours. Consistent non-response removes you from rotation; we'll tell you before that happens.
Confidentiality
Signed confidentiality and data-handling terms. Client data stays with the client. No exceptions and no warnings on this one.
Professional conduct
Show up when you said, in business attire, and explain things to non-technical people without condescension. We hear about it either way.
Coverage
Where we're building the network
We're remote-first across North America, so demand is geographically distributed rather than concentrated. We're actively recruiting partners in major metros and secondary markets across Canada and the United States, and we'll take applications anywhere — including outside North America, where remote clients occasionally need hands.
Being straight about volume
PCR is early. We are not going to promise you a pipeline of work that doesn't exist yet — you'd find out quickly and we'd deserve it. What we can say is what the model implies: on-site demand is a fraction of total support volume by design, so this is supplementary work that fits around your existing business, not a replacement for it. Partners who join now shape how the network operates and get first refusal in their market as volume grows. If you need guaranteed hours today, wait and talk to us in six months.

Investment & strategic partnership
For investors and strategic partners
PCR is an early-stage managed IT provider built on a specific thesis: the sub-25-seat segment is structurally unserved because a human helpdesk cannot be staffed profitably at that size, and automation changes that arithmetic for a well-defined subset of the work.
We are deliberately public about where that thesis holds and where it doesn't. The automation absorbs high-volume, API-reachable work — identity, provisioning, licensing, patching, policy. It does not touch hardware, physical networks, legacy line-of-business applications, or judgement calls, and we price those separately rather than pretending otherwise. The partner network above is how the physical half gets delivered without carrying fixed headcount.
What exists today
Pricing model, service definitions, delivery stack, partner framework, and this site. Early-stage — we're not going to dress that up.
What we're looking for
Capital and operators who understand channel businesses, plus strategic partners with existing SMB relationships — accountants, brokers, payroll and HR platforms.
The unit economics
We'll walk through the model in detail, including the assumptions we're least confident about. The sensitivity that matters is automation resolution rate, and we'll show you the range.
How to start
Email [email protected] and we'll send the model and arrange a call. No deck-before-conversation ritual.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities. It's an invitation to have a conversation.

Whether you want to take dispatches, refer clients, or look at the numbers — start with an email and we'll come back within two business days.
